Zero tolerance for disrespect: If you are disrespectful to any of our employees during any interactions at work, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel your order, and/or ban you from using our services in the future. Disrespectful behavior includes but is not limited to cursing, yelling, making sexist, racist, or xenophobic remarks, making threats, making demeaning comments, invading personal space, pushing or throwing objects, etc.

Machine washable: All laundry items sent to us must be machine washable. Please check your labels to ensure none of the items require dry cleaning.

Stain treatment: If you request stain treatment, we will do our best to check all laundry items for stains and remove any stains that we find. We cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed. To help with the success of stain treatment, please leave us a note (on your order form, with your bags, or via email) of what type of stain it is (e.g., chocolate, tomato sauce, oil) and bag those items separately (unless most of your laundry items have stains).

Hypoallergenic: If you or anyone in your household has sensitive skin, please make a note of that on your order form especially if you want us to use scented products on certain items and unscented products on other items. It’s also best to separate the items by bags and label them accordingly so we can know how to handle them properly.

Payment: An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide on your order form. Payment is due before delivery. Please double check what you type is correct so you can receive your invoice and payment link.
