Decatur Express Laundry LLC is excited to announce that we have a referral program!
When you (a current customer) refer our wash & fold business to someone else, you both will receive a discount on your next order!
Here’s how it works:
- The new customer will receive a 15% off discount on their first scheduled order if they include your full name (current customer’s first & last name) on our intake form.
- You (the current customer) will receive a 30% off discount on your next pickup order after their (new customer) order has been completed (their order must be paid for and they cannot violate any of our Terms while we process their first order).
- Current customers can refer as many people as you’d like, and you will earn a 30% off discount for every new customer you refer to our business (who doesn’t violate any of our Terms while we process their first order).
- For current customers, discounts must be used within 365 days of qualifying for a referral discount (we will send you an email each time you qualify for our referral discount).
- Discounts cannot be combined on orders. For example, if you refer two new customers and they both complete a laundry order with us the same week, you will earn two 30% off discounts for your future orders. However, those two discounts must be used separately (e.g. 30% off on your order scheduled for 12/1 and 30% off on your order scheduled for 12/8).
