Priority Processing (next-day turnaround)

We currently don’t offer same-day turnaround.
Spot Stain Treatment (Fresh & Simple Orders Only)
- $10 per item (four items max)
- Five or more stained items require selection of the Fresh & Renewed tier
Stain treatment is not guaranteed to remove all stains.
Bulky Items + Special Items
These items are charged by the piece instead of by the pound. They have an additional cost because they typically need to be washed separately due to their size and they require special care.

- Blankets & Quilts – $30 per item
- Mattress Protectors – $30 per item
- Sleeping bags – $25 per item
- Bathroom rugs (21″ x 34″) – $15 per item
- Household rugs – $25 per item (these include entryway rugs, kitchen rugs, runners, oversized bath mats, etc.)
Stain treatment for bulky items: $10 per item
Area Rugs (stain treatment included + 2-day turnaround)
- 4×6 rug – $50 per item
- 5×7 rug – $70 per item
- 6×9 rug – $90 per item
- 8×10 rug – $110 per item
- 9×12 rug – $130 per item
Special Items
- Sneakers – $25 per pair (stain treatment included)
- Dog beds – $30 per item
- Washable pads – $10 per item
- Crate mats – $10 per item
Pet Item Handling Charge – $25 per order
Applied when pet items are included. This covers additional preparation, pet hair removal, and machine sanitation after processing pet laundry.
Hangers
If you would like for us to provide hangers for your order, then that will be an additional cost of $0.25 per hanger.
If you select the “hang all laundry items (customer will provide hangers)” option or the “combination of fold & hang (customer will separate items and provide hangers)” option but you don’t provide enough hangers for your order, then we will either a) fold the remaining items or b) provide the remaining number of hangers and include that cost in your invoice. We will reach out to you first so you can decide which option to go with.
Standard Laundry Supplies
We provide the following laundry supplies for all orders regardless of package selected:
- Detergent (Tide, Gain, Persil, and All Free & Clear)
- Laundry Sanitizer (Lysol and Clorox)
- Bleach (OxiClean)
- Vinegar (as a deodorizer and softener)
- Scent Boosters (Downy Light Ocean Mist)
- Wool Dryer Balls
- Bounce Dryer Sheets (regular and pet edition)
If you have a preferred laundry detergent, scent booster, dryer sheet, etc., then you can provide those supplies with your order. Depending on the demand of certain items, we may add them to our standard supply list in the future.
NOTE: We don’t use traditional liquid fabric softeners.
Important Notes & Disclaimers
Zero tolerance for disrespect: If you are disrespectful to any of our employees during any interactions at work, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel your order, and/or ban you from using our services in the future. Disrespectful behavior includes but is not limited to cursing, yelling, making sexist, racist, or xenophobic remarks, making threats, making demeaning comments, invading personal space, pushing or throwing objects, etc.
Machine washable: All laundry items sent to us must be machine washable. Please check your labels to ensure none of the items require dry cleaning.
Stain treatment: If you request stain treatment, we will do our best to check all laundry items for stains and remove any stains that we find. We cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed. To help with the success of stain treatment, please leave us a note (on your order form, with your bags, or via email) of what type of stain it is (e.g., chocolate, tomato sauce, oil) and bag those items separately (unless most of your laundry items have stains).
Order minimum: Because we offer free pickup and delivery, we require that all orders are a minimum of 20 pounds. If your order is less than 20 pounds, then you will be charged the minimum fee of the package you selected on your order form.
Hypoallergenic: If you or anyone in your household has sensitive skin, please make a note of that on your order form especially if you want us to use scented products on certain items and unscented products on other items. It’s also best to separate the items by bags and label them accordingly so we can know how to handle them properly.
Hangers: If you would like for us to provide hangers for your order, then that will be an additional cost of $0.25 per hanger. If you want a combination of folded items & hung items, then please separate those items by bags and label them so we can process your order properly. Underwear and bras will be folded not hung regardless of which fold/hang option you select (unless you provide specific hangers for those items).
Payment: An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided on your order form. Payment is due before delivery. Please double check what you typed is correct so you can receive your invoice and payment link.
